Doret, I went there last April. I went from Barton and crossed over through a lot of strip mines and that was a longer way. The best and easiest way is to get the road, I think it is Savage River Road from Bloomington. This is possibly one of the most beautiful areas in the country. The present building was built in 1909 so would not be the church building where the Warnicks and Broadwaters originally worshiped. I was a little disappointed but the area is beautiful. The chapel is on the river flood plain flat. I didn't get to go to the Broadwater cemetery which is up the road a bit and at the end of someone's driveway. I think it takes a 4 wheel drive to get back there. How do you know that the earlier church is in the same place as the Broadwater CHapel? As you go north there is an outcropping of rock which comes to a point and that is Warnick's point. Good luck. Todd
