Cumberland Evening Times - June 3, 1968 Herman H Robison. Herman Harrison Robison, 70, of Wiley Ford, died at Memorial Hospital yesterday. He had been in failing health. Born in Cresaptown, he was the son of the late Solomon and Carrie(Evans) Robison. He was a B&O Railroad track foreman and belonged to the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employers and Forest Glen Methodist Church. His first wife, Bertha (Garland) Robison, preceded him in death. Surviving= are his widow, Effie (Smith) Hartsock, a son, Earl H Robison, Keyser; two stepsons, Donald Hartsock, Bedford, and Kenneth Hartsock, Cumberland; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Adams, Washington; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Hilda Hite, Akron, and Mrs Ruth Conley, Cumberland; a sister, Mrs. Lillie Weese, Cumberland; four half -sisters, Mrs Catherine Sisk, Short Gap; Mrs. Edna Sisk, Ridgeley; Mrs Madeline Holler, Patteson Creek, and Mrs. Mary Crossland, Keyser; two half-brothers, Carlos and Raymond Robison, both of Patterson Creek, and seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The body is at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, where fiends will be received today from 7 to 0 p.m. and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow. Services will be conducted Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the funeral home with Rev. William Lewis Pirl of Mapleside United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Fort Ashby Cemetery.
