Beth, I'm unable to help with any Frazee connection.  I have 2 Barbara Frazee' and one is married to E Thomas; the unattached Barbara I have was b 12/11/1847 in Amwell Twp., Wash Co., PA. died 9/16/1863 in PA. .  I'm surprised that I had only 2 Barbara Frazee's in my entire data base.    I have 4 John Turney' and 1 unknown Turney.  wives are Christina Hileman, Mary Hileman, Laura Bell Bowlin, and Elizabeth Spear - I have no wife listed for John, Jr born abt 1800.  I have no Henry or Isaac Turney in my data base either. I also checked the Garrett Co Graves books 1 and 2 and did not see a John Henry Turney listed. Mary Ann    4. I found this; it might help. Mrs Ada P. Kelley, 82, of Fairchance, died unexpectedly at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday in Uniontown Hospital. She was born near Friendsville, MD, a daughter of the late Elijah and Barbara Frazee Thomas. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fairchance, the Woman's Christian Temperance Union and the Earnest Workers Class. Surviving are three daughters, include Mrs. Fred (Madaline) Matelli of Uniontown, and Mrs. Franklin (Maxine) Shanaberger of Fairchance; two sons, including Robert of Fairchance; 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and a brother. She was predeceased by her husband, Troy G., in 1947 and a son, Charles, in May 1957.
