Mrs. Harvey Teets Friendsville - Mrs. Arvetta Pearl Teets, 84, died yesterday at Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland. A native of West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late William and Lucinda (Schroyer) Fearer. She was a member of the Sand Spring Church and its Ladies Aid. Surviving are here husband, Harvey Teets; two daughters, Mrs. Rose Laub, Confluence, PA, and Mrs. Mildred Umbel, here; eight sons, Arthur Teets, Stanley Teets, Friendsville, Hazelton, WV; Irvin Teets, Mercer, PA; Glenn and Orville Teets, Swanton; Warren Teets, Miami, FL; Junior Teets, Chicago, IL, and Kenneth Teets, Norfolk, VA; three brothers, Dorsey and Harold Fearer, here; Everett Fearer, Keyser; four sisters, Mrs. Martha Meyers, here; Mrs. Della Fike, Steubenville, OH; Mrs Gladys Mathias, Bristol, TN, Mrs. Flossie Ferguson, McHenry; 45 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren. The body is at the James R. Williams Funeral Home in Markleysburg, PA, where friends will be received after 2 p.m. today. A service will be conducted at the Sand Springs Church tomorrow at 2 p.m. Rev. Thomas Sloss, Rev. Joseph Hull will officiate and interment will be in the church cemetery. Cumberland News Jan 12, 1973
