Hi List, I am in the process of transcribing some obituaries into my data base after researching old newspapers.  As I transcribe one I will share with the list; Cumberland Evening Times, 29 May, 1943:  Thomas, W.Va., May 29 - Andrew Jackson Pase, 80, died Thursday morning following a short illness.  He was born in Clearfield, Pa., son of the late Jacob and Catherine Hubler Pase and came to Thomas in 1879 with his parents. His first wife, Lily Jane Pase, died in 1917 and he is survived by his second wife, Mary Pase and one daughter: Mrs. O.A. Rinehard of Smithers, W. Va.,: and four sons, Hubert, Carl and Bert and Alton Pase. Two step-daughters, Mrs. Gladys Neubauer, Mission, Kansas: Mrs. Mary Steel, Detroit, Mich; tow step-sons, henry Forman, Cleveland, Ohio and Kenneth Forman of Detroit, Mich.  One sister, Mrs. Sarah Luzier of Leadmine, twenty grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren also survive, Andrew's second wife was Mary Bertha Rhodes.  She was born 24 Oct 1883 in North Glade,Garrett Co. and died 12 Feb 1962 in Bridgeport, West Virginai.  Mary was one of my relatives.
