    1. [MDGARRET] Graves of Garrett County MD
    2. I believe I have a great grandfather buried in Garrett County, but I have no information as to where if at all. His name was Samuel Brooks b about 1803 perhaps in MA and is thought to have died about 1869. His wife was Mary Queer who was b. 1831 in Somerset County, PA. She was back in Somerset County in 1870 as a widow. They had children Jacob, Elizabeth, Charles, Edward, William and Ellen. Ellen and another were born in MD somewhere. Others were born in VA or WV. None, so far as I know remained in MD. Mary is buried in KS after marrying again to Harmon Skiles in PA. Elizabeth and Ellen moved first to NE. Is there a book of Garrett County graves? Let me know, please. Gerald Mendenhall

    3. What was his wife's name? We think it was Margaret(te) b. 11/23/1823 and d.09/28/1915. Is this correct? And is there any chance someone could find out her maiden name. We think it was Feach (incorrect spelling). ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ellis L. and Carole G.
