Virginia BAUGHER married after her father's death. Oscar BAUGHER and wife conveyed their interest to James W. BAUGHER. Guardian was Eli CLUTZ of Emmitsburg; testimony from Eli SMITH. Trustees were James W. BAUGHER, Lewis F. COPPERSMITH and Grayson EICHELBERGER; however, Baugher and Coppersmith declined.
