The lots were opposite Rice's Hotel. An agreement was made to sell parts of the lots to Baltimore & Ohio Rail Road Company for $2,000 of which $266.66 was to be paid as a dower to the widow. William G. COLE was appointed as guardian. Testimony was heard from Henry BOTELER and Jacob HALLER.
