Guardian was John ENGLAR of Joseph. Testimony was heard from Daniel HAINES who stated the widow was about 24 or 25 years old. On 20 Dec 1853, Davis LIGHTNER testified the widow, Anna HAINES, and stated she was 24 years old and was born Jan 25, 1828, about 7 am.
