On 15 Feb 1855, he sold the real estate at private sale to the Frederick Female Seminary at $1,050. Distribution - court costs, $121.48; Remaining in trustees hands, $928.92; interest to be paid to Mary WIGALL during her lifetime, then divided upon her death.
