George COFFMAN Sr died before the land was conveyed to him. Sons David and Andrew filed for insolvency in 1837 with Thomas GURLEY Jr as their trustee. Trustee was Grayson EICHELBERGER with surety as Bradley T. JOHNSON. On 5 Nov 1856, trustee sold the real estate at private sale to George EYLER at $127.
