On 2 Jun 1855, Sebastian ADELSPERGER of Emmitsburg, testified his daughter, Mary Ann MENTZER, the widow, was born 26 Feb 1812 and is in good health. Testimony was heard from Joshua MOTTER who stated George was due a small inheritance from his father and sister. Trustee was David GAMBLE with sureties as Robert CROOKS and George W. ROWE.
