Hi Dorinda: Thank you so much for the Smith Equity Court record. I am sure this is my Schmidt/Smith family but I am having a hard time sorting them out. Is anyone else on the List working on this family? I would like to compare notes. I think maybe this is Mary Magdalena BOSTIAN who m. 1st Philip SMITH 1793 and he d. in 1814, but I did not know that she m. George SMITH. But this record says that this Philip SMITH d. in 1828. I must have the wrong family. Any Smith experts out there?
