In 1817, Rev. Samuel S. COOPER and Rev. John DUBOIS executed a deed of bargain and sale for two tracts of land; however, not knowing the time requirements, they failed to have deeds recorded and now the grantors, the Reverends, are no longer residents of Maryland. Rev. Cooper resides in Philadelphia and Rev. Dubois resides in New York City, now the Right Reverend Bishop of the State of New York.
