On 3 Aug 1833, sale held at tavern of Margaret MICHAEL in Frederick, going to John LAYMAN for 73 acres at $2,737.50 Nicholas H. PITTS purchased Sarah (Fleming) and John H. Hall's share at a sheriff's sale by judgement. Charlotte and Enos SCHELL petitioned for a share but will established shares to go to the children of his sisters, not to his sisters.
