Guardian and trustee was Godfrey KOONTZ; in Mar 1835, private sale made to Daniel HALLER for the house and lot in Bentz Town at $600. The widow Mary stated she was 37 years of age and her health was bad; she received 2/15 in lieu of her dower rights, $71.24.
