Your librarian might have already done this, but go to Biblio.com put in the title When it returns no results, click the tiny box that says WorldCat I got 3 hits but then it wants your location information. It could be that the book is so rare that it doesn't circulate, but if you can find out where it is, you can ask the librarians in that library to look at the book for you.
