MORGAN for $916 (widow rec'd 1/7 in lieu of dower); on 8 Apr 1830, sale of Lot #310 went to William KOLB Jr. for $540, subject to dower rights. Catharine GARNHART, widow, also received 1/9 in lieu of her dower in Lot #310.
