Land - Lot #3 of "The Right of Man", 19 acres, from Charles A. HARVEY and w/ Sarah (Dean) (divided among the heirs of Catharine DEAN and previously belonged to Joseph RATCLIFF). Charles A. HARVEY assigned his claim of the note from Davis to Michael IGLEHART. Guardian was Thomas DUVALL; trustee was Francis THOMAS; sale made on 9 Oct 1830 to William WILCOXEN for $285.
