BOTELER, as exec/of Edward BOTELER, sold 201 acres to Samuel BOST for $75/acre, on which bond was assigned to Edward L. BOTELER, Robinson EASTBURN, John R. MAGRUDER, Frederick SLAGLE, Charles CUNNINGHAM, Henry BOTELER and Catharine BOTELER. Samuel BOST later became insolvent and Edward L. relinquished the executorship. Trustee was Joseph M. PALMER; sale held at M.E.
