    3. Hello List, Again, while doing Frederick Co., research I came upon the following will. This is the will of Philip Juda, whose dau Mary married Thomas Oare. Transcribed as is. I do hope it helps someone. Shirley Middleton Moller The Will of Philip Juda of Frederick County in the State of Maryland In The Name of God Amen I Philip Juda of Frederick County State of Maryland Farmer being Sick and weakley but of Sound Mind and Disposing memory and understanding considering the Certainty of Death and The uncertainty of the time Thereof and being desirous to settle my Worldly Affairs and Thereby be the better Prepared to leave this world when it shall Please God to Call me hence do Therefore make and Publish This my last will and Testament in manner and form as follows That is to say first and Principally I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my Body to the Earth to be Decently Buried at the discretion of my Executors after named and after my Just Debts and funeral charges are paid I Devise and bequeath as follows Item I give anf bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Mary all my real and Personable Estate Together with my House and Lands by Name Stoney Hall and Stoney Hall Inlarged Also Part of a Tract called Black a corn also Part of a Tract called Tempor and Stone Item I Give and bequeath unto Susanna Rudy the Sum of Ten Pounds good and Lawful Money of Maryland for service done me to be Leaved out of my Estate by my Executors for her use Item I give and bequeath unto the Poor of the County one Hundred Pounds to be Leaved and Raised out of my Estate and Paid unto Them at the Discresion of my Executors hereafter named And Lastly I do appoint my Trusty friends Joel Jacob and Elias Wallyard Hole and Soal Executors of this my last will and Testament I Witness whereof I have set my hand and Affixed my seal This First day of January Anno Domini one Thousand and Eight Hundred and Three Philip Juda -seal- Signed Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of us and at his request Jacob Luntz his Daniel + Burger mark Jacob _____tt The foregoing will Proved 12th February 1803 according to Law State of Maryland and Frederick County to wit Thereby certify that the foregoing is a True Copy Taken from Liber G M No 3 fol 566 and 567 one of the Record Book of Wills in the Office of the Register of Wills for Frederick County aforesaid.
