Sorry These Are Late! On December 27, 1803, William Magee Seton, husband of Elizabeth Ann Bayley Seton, later Mother Seton, died in Italy, leaving a widow and five children. On December 27, 1923, the Lebherz Brothers formed a new corporation to be called The Everedy Company.
