Hi! The Kramer/Krammer/Cramer family were German Reformed. When they are found in a Lutheran book it is usually only as witnesses. The Devilbiss family is also Reformed. Johannes and Anna Margaret were married by the Rev.Philip William Otterbien as per the Records of the Evangelical Reformed Church in Frederick on the same day that Georg Kramer married Maria Magdalena Holtz. (May 8, 1763) Keep in mind that Glade Reformed Church Records don't begin until 1769- and yet they probably formed in the 1750s with the ministers visiting from Frederick. The Kramers and the Devilbiss owned land on the other side of the Monocacy River-in the Glade.
