Can anyone find evidence of a Thomas BALDWIN in Frederick County, Maryland. He would have been the brother of Samuel and Nicholas of Prince George's County, Maryland. I'm looking at some kind of estate document relative to their brother, John BALDWIN who may have died around 1791. I don't have much on these guys and am looking for clues.
