SHANK for 72 acres at $8/acre - George W. SHANK for lot on Creagerstown Road at $17.50 - John W. BARRICK for Lot #2 at $50 - George B. BAKER for House & Lot in Woodsboro at $2,000 Total sales, $5,647.50 George B. BAKER was not able to comply with terms and property was resold to George W. SHANK at $1,976.
