(think Ludwell) SKINNER b. 1804 Virginia, (probably Stafford or Fauquier). His parents were Ezekial Ludwell SKINNER Sr. b. abt 1765 (unknown where) but lived in Stafford Co, many years. Ezekial died 26 May 1823 in either Fauquier or Stafford County. His will was in Fauquier. John Thomas died 20 Ju 1862 in Licking County Ohio.
