Hello Shirley, I am always willing and glad to share what I have, especially with distant relatives. Attached is my entire Montgomery line. I am sending it to you and the list in case someone else, another Mongomery descendent, etc, is interested. By the way, back in Ante Bellum days there was a prominent family around here by the name of Montgomery. Their two plantation houses still exist. One is a private dwelling and the other, Beuna Vista, is a public place where you can have receptions, parties, weddings, etc.. As far as my files go, keep in mind I am no professional researcher and have never been to a court house, etc.. Everything I have was handed down by word of mouth from my grandmothers, etc, and/or info given and shared with distant relatives, people like you, and people on the forums. Eagle, where Benjamin Franklin Montgomery and his family lived. I am not sure if it was a farm or just a home in town. But it seems back in those days they named their homes most often.
