You mentioned birthdates of Francis and John Baptiste given in a Bible. What were those dates? Sorry -- forgot to answer that question. The Bible that is purported to be in possession of a Mary Ellen Blandford apparently contains birthdates for some of the other children -- but I am not sure about Francis and John Baptiste. That is why I asked if Dave Brickey was on this list. But then there is this for Francis: "Francis Montgomery, the oldest son of Peter, gave his age as 43 years in a deposition made on January 16,1753, when defining the bounds for a tract of land called "Intent" for Elizabeth Hagan. Also Richard Montgomery stated in a deposition of the same day that he was 31 years of age, that he was the brother of Francis, and that he was also a son of Peter Montgomery." (Ref. Land Books, Charles County, #47 B. #3, 1752-1753, page 348.) (That makes Peter about 26 at the birth of Francis.) My notes on John Baptiste: -Donnelly gives a birth year of 1711 for John Baptist, but no source -Natalie Montgomery Baker does not give a birth year for John Baptista Montgomery.
