    3. I'm having some trouble keeping messages in order via the new mailing list, so I hope you will answer a question for me. Did you reply to a previously posted message, or did you add the "Re:" to your subject line? This John Hanson's will was mis-leading. He didn't re-write is will after his wife Elizabeth Hussey died. Also, the deposition of Frances Ware can be mis-understood to think that John Hanson was Francis Ware's father. He wasn't. Francis Ware (Sr.) witnessed John Hanson's will and Francis Ware (Jr.) gave the deposition; his father, Francis Ware (Sr.) dying in the interim. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, April 07, 2007 10:45 AM Subject: Re: [MDCHARLE] John Hanson/Charles Co > > Liber 29, folio 241 > 5 June 1747 > HANSON, JOHN, Charles Co. > To wife, Elizabeth Hanson, for life, whole e.r. & p.& the disposal of my e. > not given to my 3 chldn.
