" I don't have the rest of the article but it appears to be concerning "goods and Tobacco." Anyway, I thought I would share this with the List. Stafford County was one of the earlier counties formed in Virginia before Fairfax in 1742 and then Loudoun formed from Fairfax in 1757 where my Hardy line was living 1757-1792, which stems from the Hardy lines in Charles and Prince George's counties.
