    2. Shirley, So Natalie M. Baker didn't have the birth date for the dau Mary Montgomery that is mentioned in her mother's will? To dau Mary Montgomery, bed sheets and covering Shirley Middleton Moller Hi Shirley, I am going on the theory that daughter, Mary Montgomery, named in her mother Margaret's 1773 will (and apparently unmarried) was probably Anne Mary Montgomery because Mary Magdalena Montgomery b. abt 1726 was referred to as Mary Magdalena Higdon in her father's 1754 will. (Peter does not mention his 2 year old daughter, Anne Mary.) Ignatius Montgomery also refers to his sister, Mary Montgomery in his will dated 7 Aug 1777; and brother James Henry Montgomery refers to his sister, Anne Mary Montgomery in his will probated 2 Sept 1777. Natalie Baker gives a birth year of 1726 for Mary Magdalena Montgomery on her Family Group Sheet on the microfilm; Donnelly gives a birth date of 26 Jun 1739. The birth date of 26 Jun 1739 was the one given to Susannah Montgomery Higdon in that previously mentioned Bible. The birthdate given for Anne Mary is 3 Apr 1752. (I wish I knew if there were copies of these Bible pages somewhere.) Susannah Montgomery is referred to as Susannah Higdon in her mother's 1773 will; daughter Mary Ellen is referred to as Mary Macatee, so both were married prior to 1773. What Natalie has documented makes sense to me. Does anyone have other information that might help us here?
