Linda Reno's latest note on the Suite family contained a reference to Eleanor Cissell. I wonder if Linda or anyone on the list can identify the parents and ancestors of Frank Milton Cissel (or Cissell) who was apparently born in Washington DC or environs in May 1870 and died about 11 Oct 1912. He married Mary Eliza Howard on 17 October 1894. His father and mother MIGHT have been (?) William H. Cissel (1836-1914) and Mary (b. abt 1847). The latter information is only an inference from the MD and/or DC census. He was almost definitely Catholic. Any information on this line would be greatly appreciated. - Bye from Bill Howard
