One error in the article, Elizabeth Brookes first husband was John [not Richard] Clarke Sprigg. John Clarke Sprigg is the s/o Gilbert Sprigg and Elizabeth Clark. Gilbert Spigg is the s/o Col. Edward Sprigg and Elizabeth Pile. Elizabeth Pile is the d/o Dr. Richard Pile and his wife Mary and Dr. Richard is who in 1734 patented the tract called Addition Piles Delight.
