Do you know if these HARRIS or HARRISS families connect to John HARRIS father of Barton HARRIS who died about 1793 in Kershaw, SC? He may have married an ABBOTT. A son, Barton married a Mary WRIGHT and possibly a Catharine ADAMS. I know there were men named Barton HARRIS in Prince George's. This one had a daughter named EPSEY who died in 1838 in SC who was married to a John MCVOY. Thanks for any information.
