    2. Im just wanting to know how to save a document in PDF format. what you sent sounds like it might work. but I haven't found the save in the upper left hand corner. Then again, Im getting older everyday. Thanks for the help. I'll look again. Louann

    3. To save a PDF documnent, open it with Adobe Acrobat. In the Acrobat tool bar near the left end is a picture of a diskette, which is the save command. Click it and save the resulting PDF file wherever you like. As I said, this file will always open with the Acrobat, and you can print the pages at your leisure. But, as I thought when I answered this before you might be talking about saving files in PDF. To save files in PDF, go to Tools and click on "Create Adobe PDF Online". You'll find that to use this feature you must subscribe to a service that costs $ 9.99/month. You can, however, get five free trial copies. Hope this helps.
