    3. I bought the book through www.abebooks.com I believe, and it was being sold by the Maryland Historical Society. I would imagine they would still have a copy, I can't imagine them getting rid of a book they didn't have two of. Possibly you could try Amazon. There are four John's listed and eleven Thomas's.
