Dear Alan, Appreciate what you're doing. I have been reviewing some of your posts on Cecil Co., MD. I particularly liked your post on MD Calendar of wills. I wonder if you can purchase the book? I have studied Hendricks for years and have started trying to sort thorugh all the MD Hendricks. Cecil Co., MD has a connectivity to the Hendicks and Kirkman families. We do DNA testing and have one Hendricks who went into NC. We have one James Hendricks record abt 1740 says born on Gunpowder but have never been able to trace his family backward. Think he might have been one of the sets of Hendricks (4) into Newberry Co., SC 1750-1760-1770.. The Odells are from MD and came into lLaurens Co., SC 1750-60s. One Eleanor Hendricks m into the John Odell Family who came from MD. So I wonder if you know of anyone in MD or elsewhere that has cataloged all the MD Hendricks and variants? I'm well aware of Davenport's work on PA and some associations into MD. Or do you know a Hendricks researcher from MD? Would be interested in a contact or some direction. MD Archives seems not to have much on line informaiton and is hard to find a set of data for each county. I've been thinking of going up there for a few days and look over the records. Are there easlily searchable records or is everything on micorfilm? Thanks for anything you have to offer. God Bless. ----- Original Message ----- From: Alan Buckingham To: mdcecil@rootsweb.com Sent: Wednesday, February 28, 2007 6:07 PM Subject: [MDCECIL] History of Cecil Hello All, I have added another 10 pages to the book "History of Cecil County".
