Everyone in Maryland, Heritage Quest is available through all the public libraries in Maryland. So, everyone can get to the site using the name of their local library and their own library card. AND there's a lot more available besides the census. It looks as if they may have a few quirks to work out on the site, so read the directions and try different approaches --there's lots of good stuff there.
