Looking for a court proceeding in 1853 referenced in a deed. Will this be found at the courthouse in Elkton or do I need to visit the Archives? Hal

Mr. Taylor, I recently discovered a Luke Taylor in the 1800 and 1810 census records for Cecil Co. He fits right in with my Luke who later moved to Lancaster Co. This is certainly a long shot since there are so many Taylor families, but thought I would ask.
