    3. Happy New Year List, I know that there was a Tobias Rudolph in Cecil Co., ca 1728 and also one in 1782 and in 1814. I'm sure they are related some how. Has anyone every researched this family? Does anyone know of any research that has been done on this family? I cannot find any info on them at all. BE IT ENACTED By the General Assem- bly of Maryland, That a bank, to be called and known by the name of the Havre-de-Grace bank, shall he es- tablisbed in the town of Havre-de-Grace, in Harford county. 2.
