Maybe someone can also look for this record? Is there an Elizabeth Van BEBBER (or Van Bibber, or VANBEBBER, etc), born 1708 or so, in "Early Anglican Church Records of Cecil County, Maryland" ?? An Elizabeth Van Bebber was supposedly born between Dec 15 and 18, 1708, in St. Stephens Par., Cecil Co., Md. I don't have her in my database; am momentarily clueless. Is this date "born" or "baptized" ?? Was this the baptism of a child, or not? Is she in Peden's book? Who were her parents? Whatever info about her can be provided would be very helpful.
