An Elizabeth Van Bebber was supposedly born between Dec 15 and 18, 1708, in St. Stephens Par., Cecil Co., Md. I don't have her in my database; am momentarily clueless. Is this date "born" or "baptized" ?? Was this the baptism of a child, or not? Is she in Peden's book? Who were her parents? Whatever info about her can be provided would be very helpful.
