The brother, John DALE, (1658-1708) is my direct ancestor. They lived in Worcester Ciounty Maryland, at Snow Hill. Next she married William ALEXANDER. In his will, William Alexander mentioned a marriage settlement, dated 25 Jul 1738 [[reflecting an earlier document of 6 Jan 1738??]], between himself and his wife, Araminta. That settlement concerned an inheritance which was intended for Aramintia's son, Ephriam, son of Ephriam Augustus Herman. An interesting witness to that 1738 pre-nup testament was Mary Coursey. --Were there other children of William ALEXANDER?? --Was Araminta a widow or not, when she married Ephriam Augustus Herman?? And there was an Elizabeth ALEXANDER, who married Peter ALRICHS (1747-1789). --Who were her parents??
