These are very nice complied records here, Shirley! I can't say enough how much I appreciate this! I have some of these in my database and could help sort some of these out if anyone needs it. Now a question I need to sort out: Who is Paul Gustafsson here?? Record of Marriages in Christina Congregation 1714 3. Paul Gustafsson, Miss Carin Bethiem, married February 4 Two children: i. Gustaf bapt 1715 ii. Peter bapt 1717 Who is Carin Bethiem? And especially, who were Paul Gustafsson's parents?? Thank you very much Shirley, and thank you all! Liz J
Liz, Found the following at FTM site. Notice the spelling for Paul's wife's maiden name, I would think that this spelling maybe closer to the correct spelling of the name than that of the one found in the transcribed church records. Shirley Middleton Moller Paul Gustafsson found in: Marriage Index: District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, & Virginia, 1740-1920 Married: Feb 04, 1714 County: New Castle State: DE Gender: Male More About: Record of this marriage may be found at the Family History Library under microfilm reference number(s) 0006418. Spouse name: Karin Bethelem Spouse gender: Female ----- Original Message ----- From: "E Johnson" <iris.gates@gmail.com> To: <mdcecil@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, December 03, 2006 4:59 PM Subject: Re: [MDCECIL] Hans Gustafsson > These are very nice complied records here, Shirley!
