Cecil Co Debt Books Smith, Francis - Knowlwood, Locust Point - 1734, 1760 Some deeds must not have been filed or filed years after the fact as Francis SMITH's will was contested by Rev Richard SEWELL, the will supposedly had left the entire estate, including Knowlewood, Locust Neck, Locust Point and Horn Point, to his sister, Sarah (nee Smith) PEIRCE, w/200 acres to his nephew, Robert EYRE. Sarah PEIRCE d: bet: 1730-1733, her husband, Henry PEIRCE d: 1743 and the nephew, Robert EYRE d: bet 1729-1732.
