He is listed in the 1860 US Federal Census as residing with Theodore and Susan Massmore in the Manchester District of Carroll Co., MD. He may be the same individual as listed in the 1870 US Federal Census residing with Theodore and Susannah Masemore in Clay Twp., Huntingdon Co., PA, only now using the name William Summer. If Coltriter/Summer are one and the same, he would be my gggrandfather. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
