Hi ~ I am looking for information on Orphan Court records for Carroll County. My finace great great grandfather Charles Shea who was born in 1879 was located at the Almshouse in Westminster in the 1880 Census. Would there be any records in the Orphan Court records on Charles Shea (b. 1879)? He was only about a year old when found at the Almshouse.. Chris- Lydia SHEA, age 42, is listed at the Almshouse also. Listed as seamstress. Perhaps she is Charles mother or grandmother. there are not other Sheas listed in Carroll Co MD in 1880.
