68 3 Edward F. Huff & wife) This Deed made this twenty ninth Deed to ) day of March in the year One Gershom Huff )thousand eight hundred and )eighty eight by Edward F. Huff and Mary E Huff his wife of Carroll County in the State of Maryland Wittnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said , Edward F. Huff and Mary E. Huff his wife do grant unto Gershom Huff of this County and State aforesaid his heirs and assigns in fee simple all the following described pieces or parcel s of land situate lying and being in Carroll County in the state of Maryland being part of a tract of land called "Ohio" The first lot containing one acre three roods and twenty eight perches of land more or less. The Second lot containing one acre three roods and thirty six perches of land more or less.The third lot containing one acre and thirty six perches of land more or less and the fourth lot containing one acre and two roods of land more or less and containing aggregate the quantity of six acres two roods and twenty perches of land more or less. It being the same land conveyed to the said Edward F. Huff by Joseph Cookson and wife by deed bearing date March 24, 1884 , and recorded among the land Records of Carroll County in Liber F.T.S. No. 60 folio - granting the same privileges and subject to the same reservations and mentioned in the aforesaid deed. Together with the building and improvements thereon and the rights roadways water privileges appurtenances and advantages to the same Edward F. Huff and Mary E. Huff his wife conveyed and that they will execute such further assurances as may be requisites. Witness the hands and seals of the said Grantors. Test Geo W. Matthews Edward F.
