In the December 2000 issue of The Carrolltonian Newsletter, there was an article that the second edition of "JOHN BIXLER, Pioneer, Immigrant, Farmer" by Agnes Bixler Kurtz is available from ABK Publications in Hanover, NH. There was no pricing information given. Apparently, ABK Publications either doesn't have a phone or the number is unlisted as I have not been able to find one.
