I did see Adam on the 1850 census and wondered if he could be a brother- the dates would work. David's wife is listed as Laurena Gilbert- a cousin, perhaps? All of their children were born in New Windsor Dist., so David and Adam could definitely be related. I have been finding good info on RLDS Family Search- the birthdate I had for David was "abt. 1810", but after seeing his age on the 1850 cesus as 52, checked for a 1798, and found him b. Nov. 22, 1798. Will keep looking- maybe we're on to something! Regards, Patty Limpic
